The project
Upgrade of the automation systems of a hotel unit in Santorini using the KNX protocol, specifically including:
● Lighting control.
• Creation of lighting scenarios in the rooms tailored to the preferences of each client.
• Creation of lighting scenarios for the surrounding area to enhance its aesthetics depending on the level of natural lighting.
● Energy Management.
• Central control of air conditioning and domestic hot water production systems
• Air conditioning control per room through magnetic contacts in the openings to limit unnecessary energy consumption.
● Notification of errors.
• Installation of a fault diagnosis system in the air conditioning network, hot water supply network and pool water recirculation network.
