Deployment of an integrated KNX–BMS automation system at a private events venue
The project
We implemented a complete KNX–BMS system at a private events estate, designed to provide full control, enhanced safety, and operational flexibility through visualization on a computer, tablet, or mobile device.
Through the automation system, centralized lighting control, irrigation management, and continuous monitoring of critical infrastructure — such as the levels of water, irrigation, and septic tanks — are achieved. At the same time, all building openings (doors and windows) are monitored in real time, with instant notifications in the event of a breach.
The security system activates audiovisual alerts (siren and lighting) and sends push notifications to the user’s mobile device, ensuring instant awareness and complete control at any time and from anywhere. The result is a smart, secure, and reliable environment — ideal for high‑demand event venues.
